Mercury3 Consult Appointed by Telent to Develop & Implement a Construction Site Assurance Tool

We are pleased to share that Mercury3 Consult has been appointed by Telent Technology Services Ltd to develop and implement a Construction Site Assurance Tool, supporting improved management of health, safety and operational risk.

Mercury3 Consult will lead the Site Construction Readiness, Safety and Assurance project.

The tool will enhance visibility of live works, enabling leadership teams to make informed, risk-based decisions around resource deployment, assurance activity, governance and continuous improvement.

 

We’re proud to support Telent with this important initiative, strengthening assurance and helping to drive safer, more effective delivery on site.
